Investiture Ceremony 2021-22

            GSS PU College held the investiture ceremony of the student council on 8/11/2021. The programme began at 3.30 pm in K. M. Giri Hall.

            Commander Satyanath Bhosale graced the function as the Chief Guest. Smt. Lata Kittur, Chairperson, GSS PU College Managing Committee, presided over the function. Shri Dnyanesh Kalghatgi, Vice-Chairman GSS PU College Managing Committee, was also present on the dais.

            Miss Poorvi Bhatmurgi and group sang the invocation song. Principal, Prof. Pranav Pitre welcomed the gathering and Prof. Bharati Sawant introduced the chief guest. The chief guest and other dignitaries were felicitated, followed by the lighting of the lamp. The Chief Guest then conferred badges to the members of the student council.

            After the investiture, Miss Poorvi Bhatmurgi and Master Praneet Kalyanshetty were honoured for their achievement in 'Golden Voice of Belgaum' conducted by Rasik Ranjan and Lokmanya Multipurpose Cooperative Society.

           The Principal, Prof. Pranav Pitre then administered the oath to the members of the student council. The chief addressed the gathering and exhorted the students to focus on important values to lead successful lives.

           Smt. Lata Kittur delivered the Presidential remarks. Prof. Anil Khandekar, Vice President, Student Council, proposed a vote of thanks.

           The programme concluded with the singing of the National Song.
